Studio Mozart History

Why did we decide to start maternity photography and establish the studio?

We introduce the trajectory and history from its establishment to this year, which marks its 14th anniversary.

September 2009	Established Studio Mozart in Omotesando. The theme is, “Why don’t you leave your irreplaceable maternity life, created with professional photographers and hair and makeup artists, as the best photo for a lifetime?”
December 2012	Reached a cumulative total of 1,000 customers photographed.
April 2013	Studio Mozart is featured in “TOKYO PHOTO STUDIO GUIDE”.
October 2016	Received the Judges’ Special Award from among 11,157 entries in the Fujifilm Commercial Photography Contest. The work is maternity photo “Sakura Sakura”.
August 2017	Studio Mozart is featured in the magazine “GOSSIPS” in a special feature on overseas celebrity maternity photos.
October 2017	Received the Theme Award from among 9,188 entries in the Fujifilm Commercial Photography Contest. The work is maternity photo “1, 2, 3”.
December 2017	Photographer Takehiro Komachi is featured for four consecutive weeks on TV Kanagawa’s Wednesday AM9:00 broadcast “Iikoto”. Maternity photos are introduced in depth.
May 2018	Studio relocated to Aoyama 1-chome.
June 2019	Studio Mozart is featured in Fujifilm’s booklet.
September 2020	Reached a cumulative total of 4,000 customers photographed.
September 12, 2022	Featured on TBS “N-Sta” in a special feature called “Photography in the Reiwa Era”.

Access Information

The studio is located in Tokyo, 3 minutes walk from JR Shinano-machi Station and 8 minutes walk from Subway Aoyama-itchome Station (about 2 minutes by taxi). *The studio was relocated on May 10, 2018.

Nearest Station	3 minutes walk from Shinano-machi Station (Chuo Line/Sobu Line) (exit the ticket gate and turn left) 8 minutes walk or 2 minutes by car from Aoyama-itchome Station (Ginza Line/Hanzomon Line/Oedo Line) (Please use exit 2)

Access by Car

Since there is no dedicated parking lot, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please use a nearby coin parking lot.

Access by Train/Nearest Station

If using JR Shinano-machi Station (3 minutes walk)

■STEP1
Please use the local train on either the Chuo Line or the Sobu Line. (There is also an elevator to the ticket gate.) There is only one ticket gate. After exiting the ticket gate, go left.
■STEP2
When you exit the ticket gate and turn left, you will immediately see a pedestrian bridge, but go diagonally left before the pedestrian bridge (slope). (*Many people mistakenly go over the pedestrian bridge. Please be careful.)
■STEP3
When you go down the slope, you will see a children’s park. Go left along the children’s park.
■STEP4
The Komeito headquarters is on your right. Go straight. The studio is the 10th building from the Komeito headquarters.
■STEP5
The yellow house is Studio Mozart.

If using Subway Aoyama-itchome Station

■STEP1
You can use the Ginza Line, Hanzomon Line, and Oedo Line. Please head for the Kita-Aoyama ticket gate. (Please note that there is also a Minami-Aoyama ticket gate.)
■STEP2
After exiting the ticket gate, proceed to Exit 2.
■STEP3
There is also an elevator at the back of the stairs.
■STEP4
After exiting to the ground, go in the direction of the arrow in the diagram (do not cross the pedestrian crossing).
■STEP5
Continue past the Aoyama 1-chome police box (do not cross the pedestrian crossing).
■STEP6
The Akasaka Imperial Palace is on your right. Go straight.
■STEP7
After walking for about 7 minutes, you will see the “Gondawara” intersection. Cross towards the police box.
■STEP8
If you go straight, the Meiji Memorial Hall is next door.
■STEP9
Immediately after passing the Meiji Memorial Hall, go diagonally right down the slope. Do not cross the pedestrian crossing. (*Many people mistakenly go over the pedestrian crossing. Please be careful.)
■STEP10
When you go down the slope, you will see a children’s park. Go right along the children’s park.
■STEP11
The Komeito headquarters is on your right. Go straight. The studio is the 10th building from the Komeito headquarters.
