Please contact us via the reservation form on our website or by phone . If you call, we will answer with "Hello, this is Studio Mozart." Simply let us know that you saw our website and would like to make a reservation. We will ask for your preferred date/time and your name. We accept bookings approximately two months prior to your desired date, but we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Feel free to contact us anytime you decide to book.

Please review the photo shoot checklist . Before your maternity photo shoot, please check the items to bring and clothing guidelines on our website's photo shoot checklist. If you have any questions before the shoot, feel free to contact us. We can reschedule your appointment free of charge if you are unwell, but please note that cancellations within 5 days of the shoot date will incur a cancellation fee.

If possible, please come with a family member. For Mozart's concept of maternity photos and maternity nudes, we would love it if you could come with your partner if possible… Of course, you are also very welcome to come alone.

We'll discuss outfits, hair/makeup, and your vision. On the day of the shoot, we'll have a final consultation about outfits, hair/makeup, and your vision before we begin, so you can relax and enjoy the session.

We apply full makeup from base, taking approximately 60 minutes. We specialize in full makeup from base, focusing on bringing out the tenderness, radiance, and quiet strength unique to expectant mothers. You will likely find the makeup process very relaxing. (Hair and makeup are not included with the Baby Photo Plan [no-makeup option].)

You will change into outfits provided by the studio or clothing you have brought yourself. ※ Outfits are not included with the Baby Photo Plan.

During the shoot, both the photographer and a female hair and makeup artist will be present (an assistant may also join as needed). We'll shoot while checking progress along the way. Rather than stiff, posed photos like those taken at a traditional photo studio, we capture moments naturally as they unfold, selecting the best shots from the session. The hair and makeup artist doesn't just finish the makeup in the makeup room; they also oversee details during the shoot, including hair, makeup, and costume adjustments. (The number of photos taken varies by plan.)

We will send you a selection by email for your review. The photographer will select approximately 30 photos from the shoot and send them to you by email within one week. You will then choose your favorite photos from this selection and reply to us. (The number of photos you can select varies by plan. The selection period is one year from the shoot date.)

Our professional retouchers will enhance your skin for a beautiful finish. The photos you select will then undergo image adjustments, corrections, and enhancements to create a more beautiful final piece. We will smooth and beautify skin imperfections during pregnancy, such as strong stretch marks, applying high-quality light retouching before finalizing the product.

Delivery takes 2–3 weeks. Your finished products will be ready within 2–3 weeks after photo selection. Your selected photos and all other shoot data will be sent together on a DVD. Please rest assured, your finished products will be carefully shipped via courier. (We use air-filled packaging and apply fragile labels.) ※For the Maternity Photo Light Plan only, the delivered data will consist solely of the selected photos. ※After mailing the final product, customer data is deleted for privacy reasons. (Please note our studio does not store customer data permanently.)
